EXTERIOR CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS
Fallon Cases are all hand made using the best materials available. They are ATA (Air Traffic Association) style, with an extruded aluminum skeleton and ABS walls.

All fittings are nickel plated steel with the exception of the catch, which is a genuine zinc coated Southco Link Lock Rotary draw latch. All the hardware is attached by POP blind rivets with washer backings at all stress points.

The cases are constructed from 40 mil. ABS plastic laminate, (Acrylinotrile Butadiene Styrene), bonded to 1/8" plywood. ABS is a tough, hardwearing plastic made by GE. It is used extensively in making school and restaurant furniture as well as many other products and is the standard material used in making musicians road cases and other shipping containers.

INTERIOR
Bottom, top, front and back, are first lined with a 1/4" of dense Volara foam and then the inside is covered with nylon crushed velvet. Standard blocking is approx. 6 1/4" apart but can be changed as needed. The cases come with attached D rings and a snap on shoulder strap.

DIMENSIONS
The standard model measures 9 3/8" wide x 8 3/8" deep x 7 1/4" high on the outside and 8 3/4" wide x 7 3/8" deep x 6 1/4" high on the inside.

OTHER MODELS
Two other models are also available - a single, for one concertina, with a 3" pocket on the inside to hold accessories, tape recorder, tapes etc. and a double concertina case for two concertinas with a 3" pocket on the inside. These two models, as well as any made-to-order sizes, are by special order only.

Shoulder strap: Upgrade shoulder strap from polypropylene to heavy duty cotton with heavy duty snap hooks.

Personalized Engraving: A personal engraved plate can be added for $10 plus the actual cost of the engraving.
